If we want to do this on the 4th Sept, we have to move very quickly. All teams will have to be notified and they will have to book venues, etc.

Can the LoCo Council help make a decision on the date now, so we can let teams know what to plan for? On the plus side this thread looks like there are no serious objections in terms of dates which need to be worked around. :)
