The change was sort of intentional. We wanted one general tag for an
event.
When we set this up, people added something like
"loco,ubuntu,2010,global" or "loco ubuntu ugj", sometimes with '#',
sometimes without.
If this is indeed desirable to have lots of links for various
twitter/identica/etc searches for various tags, we can probably do that.

Bug description:
When you create a global event and add the specific tag to it, you cannot add
any other tags such as #locoteams to it. Created the Global jam event, used
ugj but also wanted to add locoteams to it as well. but you can only add one
tag
