The problem is which country i have to choose to offer the french (like in french speaking) stuff to the community (forum, documentation, planet). If i take this way, i have to select 24 countries, limiting to countries where 60% of the population speak french.
If i only consider the irl events, i have to select only 9 countries (France and overseas department). Teams like the french team is more than just a country team. Other french speaking teams use our web sites and contribute to them. If you plan to add for example web meetings to the loco directory, we need to clarify this point now.
