Taking a look at http://loco.ubuntu.com/about/ it provides lots of
information about the LoCo Directory, but not the general LoCo advocacy
project. We should use this page as a visually interesting and
information rich page that explains what LoCo Teams do, why people
should care and how they can join a team.
I think the LoCo Council could provide some awesome content for this
page. :-)
