Expose past events

Bug description:
When a event has been and gone you've no way of seeing if a team actually did
an event.
It would be great to see under a team a list of PAST events, this would be
helpful for a team when it comes for Approval or Re approval time when they can
link to the page of past events or just for the LoCo Council to see how active
they are.
