Bug description:
I was thinking through the user experience of loco.ubuntu.com and believe that
we should make documentation about how to add an event to the LoCo Directory
Events (http://loco.ubuntu.com/events/).
I would like to see the implementation as a second level page under
http://loco.ubuntu.com/events/ (so clickable in the grey bar) which provides a
step-by-step set of instructions about how to get an event visible on
http://loco.ubuntu.com/events/ and possibly as part of a global event such as
the Ubuntu Global Jam.
