Bug description:
some events like for example this event
http://loco.ubuntu.com/events/team/285/detail/ we want in the loco directory,
but registration is being handled elsewhere, in this instance here:
http://u-cubed.eventbrite.com/
I don't want users confused into thinking that if they register their
attendance on the loco directory that actually means they are registered for
the event. Some events might have chargeable registration or we need more
information from the attendees (like what food they are bringing for a bring a
dish geeknic), in these instances we would want to turn off the loco directory
registration to avoid confusion as to how they are supposed to register.
