How a user can know where he have to discuss about the agenda items ? There is no references in the meeting page to that. And there is no description field to put a link also.
The events have an annoncement field, we could make a similar link to the official meeting page/mailing list/forum/wiki/... I can open a new bug for that if you want. By the way, if we let team members add agenda items it's to use the meeting page as an agenda for the meeting.
