Team name in the URL for an event would be great

Bug description:
It would be great to see the TEAM NAME not the EVENT id in the URL of
an team event as it would look a lot better when we are promoting the
event via social media and also for linking it to places ie
http://loco.ubuntu.com/events/team/615/detail/
