Marking this as wont fix as events will now default to the team default
time if there is no TZ specified.

actualy we have this message :
start date and local time of the event (Required)
end date and local time of the event (Required)
We have to add somewhere the necessity to add the correct local
timezone in the venue detail page for this "local time" to work.
