So what do you actually want us to do? You reported a problem with APR and a 
specific version of Visual Studio and provided a patch for APR, but we are not 
APR and can't apply such patches. This is an APR build issue. Which version of 
Visual Studio and APR did you use anyways? Maybe this problem is already fixed 
in a more current version of APR? When I did my last build for log4cxx with 
Visual Studio 2013 or such I didn't encounter such a problem.

This report currently looks invalid to me and I'm about to close it.
