The Log4cxx SVN is still under the incubator area.

Since the podling has now graduated it should be moved under

https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/logging/

for example to

https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/logging/log4cxx/

Please arrange this with INFRA.
