+1 for latest 3.8.1. It has been out for over 1 year now. I'm surprised it hasn't been upgraded already.

JUnit version 3.8 does not require TestCases to implement the suite() method. It creates one automatically and runs all the methods starting with 'test' in the TestCase class. This is quite a handy feature.
It requires that we upgrade to JUnit 3.8. Any objections to the move?
