Now when you mention it, I am not sure whether the IBM JVM (the one that comes 
with WebSphere ver ??.? ) uses this 'spec opportunity' or whether it is a 
bug, BUT I have noticed on many occassions that one or two top level entries 
in a stack trace are missing (and is that confusing or what?). I have assumed 
it is a bug, but ...
