With the following comments (all of which are carried over from 1.2.9
and should have been mentioned earlier):
The ls-logo.jpg is always fetched from http://logging.apache.org/
images, not from ./images like the other images. ls-logo.jpg would
need to be added to the docs/images directory. Without a local copy,
log4j documentation feels broken when logging.apache.org is not
reachable.
examples/lf5 and dist/classes/lf5 contain sources for LogFactor5
examples. Since LF5 is no longer under active development, it seems
like these directories should be removed.
