I have create a new 'distribution' for Chainsaw v2 (distribution is a
loose term here, Chainsaw v2 is still in 'alpha' mode).

This release contains an important new feature (ZeroConf), and some
bug fixes, and hopes to address the DB and JMS support in all
distributions.
