If you are using log4j 1.3 and the
org.apache.log4j.rolling.TimeBasedRollingPolicy, you can place {GMT}
after your date format. Something like:
policy.setFileNamePattern("service_log.%d{yyyy-MM-dd-HH}{GMT}");
I do not believe there is a mechanism to do this in log4j 1.2, but I
could be wrong.
