We are getting this error in the log file

[C:/logs/CKMS/audit/security/CKMS-IC-UAT_ckms_1_security.log.2013-04-16]. |

It appears to happen only on a windows OS. On unix, we have not seen this
issue.
Can you please suggest how to rectify this issue?
It appears to be relatd to windows file locking but we are not sure
