Advertising the configuration at the end of baseconfiguration subclasses of
setup (called from start)
Overriding stop in the baseconfiguration subclasses which advertise the
configuration so that the configuration can be 'unadvertised' (and
reconfiguration/subsequent start will advertise the new configuration).
