For HTMLLayout, I would like to add some customized html tags to render my
logs, but since Log4j2 is encoding the events and writing it, while rendering
the encoded values of the tags is causing the rendering uneven. Would it
possible to provide a flag to enable or disable the html encoding and it would
be upto the user discretion to use it.
