"SizeBasedTriggeringPolicy" attribute of the Appender did not detect the
automatic changes to the file. I modified the configuration during run time did
not detect the changes.
Here is the configuration:

<TimeBasedTriggeringPolicy />
<SizeBasedTriggeringPolicy size="5 KB" />
</Policies>
Is this expected ?
