Matt Sicker commented on LOG4J2-803:
------------------------------------
I scoured the JMX documentation and even the source code for JConsole. I can't
find any mention of this feature! I can't even reproduce it on this machine,
either! Maybe I've gone mad?
> Specify a JMX icon similar to how ActiveMQ and Camel do

> When you browse the MBeans in JConsole, both ActiveMQ and Camel have neat
> custom icons instead of the default folder when you browse on the left hand
> side. This icon is also used by web consoles like [Hawtio|http://hawt.io/].
> I'm not sure on the limitations on size/format (most likely PNG or GIF), but
> I'll find that out later. It's a neat polish on JMX support.
