The [Maven and Ivy|http://logging.apache.org/log4j/2.x/maven-artifacts.html]
page has a small section for each component, explaining details on the
dependency to add to the Maven, Ivy or Gradle build file.
We should add sections for the new components:
* JUL Adapter (after SLF4J Bridge?)
* NoSQL Appenders
* IO Streams
