Description:
Add thread name to status logger layout.
Right status logging looks like this:

2015-09-07 22:50:50,351 DEBUG PluginManager 'Core' found 76 plugins
{noformat}
Add the thread name, like this:
{noformat}
2015-09-07 22:50:50,351 main DEBUG PluginManager 'Core' found 76 plugins
{noformat}
The implementation is the same as with the core logger. A {{getThreadName()}}
method lazy-initializes a {{String threadName}} ivar.
