Description:
Typical use case for SMTP appender: Send all ERROR-logs via Email to
support/developer.
On a broken network or database this can cause hundreds of the same error
email, flooding your inbox.
Collecting events and sending of a summary email after a configurable time
would be great.
My solution for LOG4J2-1192 also contains a solution for this.
