It should be possible to avoid creating a lot of temporary Strings by letting
classes in {{org.apache.logging.log4j.core.impl}} implement
{{StringBuilderFormattable}}.
Specifically ThrowableProxy, ExtendedClassInfo, ExtendedStackTraceElement and
perhaps ThrowableFormatOptions.
