I think we should go through all current uses of {{ThreadContext.getContext()}}
and {{ThreadContext.getImmutableContext()}} in the code base. {{AsyncLogger}}
needs to be changed as well, and there are some dubious uses of
{{ThreadContext.getContext()}}.
