GelfLayout have an option {{includeStacktrace}} to make it possible to exclude
the stacktrace. This is useful since the stacktrace can be very large.
This could be useful for other layouts as well: JsonLayout, XmlLayout,
YamlLayout. Maybe CsvLogEventLayout and HtmlLayout?
