I believe all concerns have been addressed. Any objection to merging
{{LOG4J2-1010&LOG4J2-1447-injectable-contextdata&better-datastructure}} into
master? Or even better, can I merge the {{LOG4J2-1349-gcfree-threadcontext}}
branch into master?
