Hmm... I just tried a clean build in Eclipse and it is working now so I'm not
sure what happened. The error in Eclipse had something to do with that DTD URL.
If I open the dtd URL in my browser (Chrome), it says:
error on line 27 at column 2: StartTag: invalid element name
So I thought maybe something was wrong with the DTD. But seems to be working
now so it must have been something on my end. Sorry about that.
