Description:
Add necessary maven-site-plugin configuration to get a multimodule site
buildable correctly so that it can eventually be committed to svn and deployed
to logging.apache.org.
This should include a changelog configuration that generates from JIRA using
the "Boot" component if possible. Otherwise, a manual changelog will need to be
included like in the main log4j2 repository.
