Create a parent pom that inherits from the main ASF pom that is used by log4j,
log4j-boot, log4j-scala, log4j-bom, and any other future subprojects.
groupId: org.apache.logging (or with .log4j?)
artifactId: parent (or log4j-parent, logging-parent?)
This should also configure a baseline compiler and target version of 1.7 by
default (ASF's does 1.6 right now), plus any other useful pom metadata such as
the team list, distribution info, etc.
