Yes, good idea. I am swamped with other work. Can you provide a patch or pull
request, ideally with unit tests?
I think the natural place to put this functionality is in
{{org.apache.logging.log4j.jmx.gui.Client}} class in the {{log4j-jmx-gui}}
module, similar to the existing method [{{getStatusLoggerAdmin(String
contextName)}}|https://github.com/apache/logging-log4j2/blob/master/log4j-jmx-gui/src/main/java/org/apache/logging/log4j/jmx/gui/Client.java#L137].
