Two (hopefully) quick questions:
1. Timezone in PatternLayout
Using PatternLayout, is it possible to specify a timezone other than the JVM
default? DateLayout has a TIMEZONE option, but PatterLayout (d conversion
character) doesn't.
2. Datetime Localization
Can the l7dlog methods be used to localize the datetime format. If I
understand correctly, that l10n occurs in the category class, yet layouts
are processed in the appender, the answer would seem to be no.
