Yeah.
PropertyConfigurator.configure("c:\configSocket.lcf") is definetly there. I did the
cat.info(arg[0]) and confirmed it is there.
But, I don't know why socket server is checking c:\.lcf...

Have you verified this by logging the value?
As it seems the value is somewhat different.
