To anwer your question.. I don't know how to remove a category... but still
I am a bit curious under what cirsumstances do you want to start a category
for logging, and the suddenly stop logging and want to remove it. I just
don't see when that would happen... of course, we may be using log4j in
totally different apps and that is why...
