DailyRollingFileAppenderExt?

I've seen people mention DailyRollingFileAppenderExt in the archives,
but I've downloaded both 1.1.3 and 1.2beta4 and I don't see it in either
distribution.  Maybe this just means I am hallucinating :)  

Sorry to ask such a simple question, but where can I find this appender?
