You need the jmxtools.jar which is part of the jmx-1_0-ri download from Sun.

There's a Sun JMDK, but that doesn't seem to be right, since there's an expiration date of 30 days. I tried downloading j2sdkee1.3.1 but the jar files in lib aren't the correct ones. I'm trying to set the build.properties correctly ...
