The value for the SBFILENAME-POC-PROCESS will be 
log.poc-process.<datetimestamp>. and for POC-VALIDATION, it is like 

  
log4j.appender.POC-VALIDATION.File=/home/test/log/${SBFILENAME-POC-VALIDATION}, 
the possible value will be log.poc-validation.<datetimestamp>
