Hmm, that might be an ActiveMQ question. Which version of ActiveMQ
are you using? ActiveMQ creates topics on the fly, so they won't
appear until they are referenced. This 'on-the-fly' creation of
topics and queues is different than most JMS providers, I think it's
handy, but many admins dislike having arbitrary destinations popping
up willy-nilly.
