below are information about attending ApacheCon Europe
and the Hackathon event.


Attending the conference (Wed-Fri, 20-22 July)

- Registration price for ASF committers is 769 EUR
  for the main conference (3 days). This is the
  early-bird price and you'll get this price until
  the day of the conference.
  If you register as a team (3 people or more) by
  June 17 you get the team discount which is 719 EUR.

- A two-day pass (any two days) is 549 EUR or
  499 EUR with the discount discount.


Attending tutorials (Mon-Tue, 18-20 July)

- Half-day tutorial: 169 EUR (149 EUR with team discount)
- Full-day tutorial: 299 EUR (269 EUR with team discount)


Attending the hackathon (Mon-Tue, 18-20 July)

- Registration is required, but attending the event
is free of charge. The hackathon is open to members,
committers, and member's guests.
Further information and details on how to register
will be provided soon.


Getting the proper discount

- As a committer you can register right away. The
  early-bird ends on June 17.

- The ASF ConCom will provide further information on
  how to get the appropriate discount by the end of the
  early-bird deadline.
