I think that AnsiColoredConsoleAppender probably works the best.  It
sort of makes some sense.  It's an appender, for the console, that is
colored, and uses ANSI for coloring it.

I'm hesitant to just call it AnsiConsoleAppender because of the fact
that ANSI has a whole bunch of standards for all sorts of different
things.  In the computer world ANSI may mean only one thing, but I don't
want people to mistakingly assume that the appender is written or
endorsed by ANSI.
