CompactRepositorySelector

I've just done a checkout of the source, and am having trouble building 
in Visual Studio .net 2003 when I specify the NETCF flag.

The compiler can't find a definition of the class 
CompactRepositorySelector as used on line 165 of LoggerManager.

Thanks in advance for any advice.
