The .snk file has been part the iBATIS for .NET distribution for a long
time. I don't think anyone commented when it was checked in. iBATIS
usually defers all of its Apache matters to Ted Husted :) I've included

The Castle Project (DynamicProxy, ActiveRecord, MonoRail, MicroKernel /
Windsor Container, etc.) distributes its .snk file.

I recently misplaced a .snk file for an assembly I was building
projects against and it I ended up having to re-open several projects
and build them against the bug-fixed non-strongly version of my
assembly. Its not fun to loose a key. 

I vote +0 to distribute the key.
