I have the same issue. Can't seem to get the complete, uncorrupted file.
I've tried the following places:
http://archive.apache.org/dist/incubator/log4net/1.2.10/incubating-log4net-1.2.10.zip
(linked off the main download page -
http://logging.apache.org/log4net/download.html)
http://cvs.apache.org/dist/incubator/log4net/1.2.10/incubating-log4net-1.2.10.zip
(although this seems to just pull it from archive.apache.org anyway).
None of the mirrors here:
http://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.cgi
seem to even have the file... (including http://www.apache.org/dist/ and
http://www.eu.apache.org/dist/). There's a logging directory which contains an
empty log4net directory & there's no mention of log4net under the incubator
folder.
