It has, but there is nothing set up for log4net right now. The most sane choice would be the Jenkins[1] installation as there already are other .NET projects using it - and we may benefit from the Lucene.NET folks doing the same. If anybody is familiar with configuring builds for Jenkins (or Hudson, shouldn't matter here) for .NET builds and could lend a hand, that wouldn't hurt.
