It should work out of the box because .NET 4.5 is (in a nutshell) a bugfix
release of .NET 4.0. Since that you are a developer, go ahead and try it out.
If you then find any issues feel free to report them along with samples that
allow us to trace the problem (logfiles, stacktraces, screenshots, ..) and we
will try to address those issues in future releases.
Furthermore I would like to encourage you to post future questions in one of
the mailing lists, also because you'll get a much larger audience and thus
better answers. Most discussions should happen on log4net-user, more technical
ones on log4net-dev.
