RAT is great - we use it over at Commons too.

I think that would be great. I would say once a week. In the times of
e-mail filters and short vacations most people should not be annoyed
at all.

hehehe this has mostly been done by the original developers :-) I
think there are only one or two files I had to add the header :-)
Good that we have such a tool now which forces us to keep up the good
work of the former devs.
