Maybe. :-) We also have to put in the release date, which we didn't
know when we started voting. Not sure how other projects handle this.

Apache_log4php is PEAR naming convention which we all detest, but the
package manager complains otherwise.

I will put a note in our release procedure to have a link to KEYS file
somewhere, for next time. Maybe it's best in the release email.
