I'll re-iterate known bugs with FPA, the FirePHP Appender, that I will not
likely fix, soon, without help:
FPA may need help, such as documentation, to handle back-traces.
FPA does not dump Arrays or Objects, afaict.
FPA does not do FirePHP tables. Can this be done with Layout & eval?
FirePHP shortcoming:
No footers
Log4php shortcoming:
No grouping
I'm not sure, what options should be available, other than 'page'.
It would be nice, to replace define("INSIGHT_*", *) with an Interface of
consts. Perhaps this hurts legacy compatibility?
